How long does setup take?
Most dealerships are quoting from the platform within a week. The longest step is usually gathering your current inventory sheet and price list — once we have those, we do the loading.
Do we have to move our existing data ourselves?
No. Send us what you have — spreadsheets, exports from your current system, price lists — and we import it, then check the numbers with you before you go live.
Does it work without signal on the lot?
Maybach Systems runs in the browser, so it needs a connection. It is built to work on a phone, so a reasonable mobile signal on the lot is enough; if a lot has none, many dealers put a small Wi-Fi hotspot in the sales office.
Can we control what reps are allowed to discount?
Yes. Each user has a role, and each role has its own permissions, so you decide who can discount, by how much, and which locations they can sell from. Every discount shows up in the margin report.
Is the 3D builder included?
Yes. The builder is part of the platform and prices every option from your own catalog. You can also embed it on your own website, and every finished design arrives as a quote assigned to the right dealership.
Does it connect to our Google Business Profile?
Optionally. A dealership can connect its own Google listing to see its reviews in one place and reply to them, with a suggested reply drafted for each review. Replies to reviews of three stars or fewer are only published after someone at the dealership approves them. You can disconnect at any time; see our privacy policy for what we access.
